Form 8T is the request for a land registry search in Italy. It lets you consult the computerised land registry database and the paper records held by the Italian Revenue Agency.
You can request searches by property (current or historical), searches by person, lists of properties, map extracts, floor plans, property plans and other registry documents, or ask to consult the records in person.
Your personal details and tax code, or the company's details if you act for a company. An identity document is only required for floor plan searches and for searches that are exempt from the fee. You also need the data used for the search: the person's name or tax code, or the land registry identifiers or address of the property.
The fee can be paid with a service stamp, by card at the office, or with Form F24, depending on the office.
