Form F24 ELIDE is the version of the Italian unified payment form used for payments that require information the ordinary F24 cannot carry. Each payment line includes the type of identifying element and a reference code, and the form has a section for State taxes and other payments with an office code and an act code.
It is used for payments such as registration tax, stamp duty, penalties and interest on lease contracts, VAT on vehicles bought in another EU country, and patent and trademark fees. It cannot be used for payments that involve offsetting with credits.
Your tax code and personal details, the office code and act code where applicable, and for each line the type of identifying element, the reference code, the tax code and the amount due. The form also has codes for co-obligors, heirs, parents or guardians and bankruptcy trustees.
You can pay at banks, post offices and collection agents, by direct debit, or online. Holders of a VAT number must pay electronically.
