What is Form G-1145?
Form G-1145, officially called the E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance, is a short one-page form you can attach to the front of your USCIS application or petition packet. By completing it, you authorize USCIS to send you an email or text message once your filing has been accepted at a USCIS lockbox facility. It does not replace the official I-797C Notice of Action but gives you an earlier update that your materials are being processed.
