How to compress a PDF or image

Email attachment caps and upload portals regularly reject large files. Zendocs shrinks PDF and image file sizes in the browser, in a couple of clicks.

Compress a PDF

Open Compress PDF.

1. Open Compress PDF for documents, or Compress Image for photos and graphics.
2. Upload the file (up to 100 MB).
3. Download the compressed version, or share it by email or link.

Compress an image

For photos and graphics, open Compress Image.

If the file is still too large

If the file is still too large after compression, try one of these options:

• Split PDF
• Delete pages
• HEIC to JPEG
