How to protect, unlock, or watermark a PDF

Some documents need locking down; others need the lock removed so you can work with them. Zendocs covers both, along with visual marking.
Password-protect a PDF
Open Protect PDF.
- Open Protect PDF and upload the document.
- Set a password for the file.
- Download the protected file. It now requires the password to open.
Remove a password
Remove password restrictions from files you are authorized to access with Unlock PDF.
Add a watermark
Stamp text such as Draft, Confidential, or your company name across the pages with Watermark PDF or add Add page numbers.
Add page numbers
After you merge several documents into one file, original page numbering may no longer match. Use Merge PDF.
