How to delete your account and personal data

You can permanently delete your Zendocs account and all associated personal data at any time. This process requires email confirmation to protect against unauthorised requests and cannot be reversed once completed.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your deletion is confirmed, your account, all workspaces, files, and personal data will be irreversibly removed. There is no grace period or recovery option.
What this action does
Deleting your account triggers a full and permanent removal of everything associated with your Zendocs profile. The following will be affected:
- Your account and login credentials will be permanently removed. You will no longer be able to sign in to Zendocs.
- All workspaces you own, including their settings, team members, and configurations, will be deleted.
- Every file, document, and draft stored within your workspaces will be permanently erased.
- Any active subscriptions will be immediately cancelled. No refund will be issued for any remaining unused subscription time.
- All personal data associated with your account will be fully deleted within 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy.
