Four steps to cancel

1. Select Cancel my subscription above. This opens the Cancellation Portal in a new window.
2. Sign in using the email address from checkout, along with the confirmation code included in your purchase or renewal email.
3. Work through each confirmation screen until you reach the success message.
4. Save the cancellation confirmation email for your records. It includes the exact date your cancellation takes effect.

If the portal won't load, try opening it in a private or incognito window and temporarily turning off ad blockers or strict privacy extensions. It's also worth confirming your connection is stable, or simply trying again from a different browser or device.

What happens after you cancel

Cancelling stops all future renewals right away, but your access doesn't end immediately. You'll keep every premium feature until your current paid period runs out, and after that date no further charge is made.

Example: For example, say you bought a one-year subscription on January 1 and cancel on July 1:

• Your access continues through December 31, so you don't lose any of the time you already paid for.
• No charge will be made on the following January 1 renewal date.
