How ZenDocs subscription renewals work

Your Zendocs subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle so you keep uninterrupted access to every premium feature. This page explains exactly how renewals are scheduled, where to find your next renewal date, and how to manage upcoming charges from your account.
What you agreed to at sign-up
When you signed up for Zendocs, you accepted our Terms & Conditions, which set out how renewals work end-to-end. During checkout, both the trial price ($1) and the post-trial subscription rate were displayed on screen and required your explicit confirmation before payment.
When your subscription renews
As outlined in Section 4.4 of our Terms & Conditions, your subscription renews automatically on the date your current period ends. You'll find your renewal date in:
- Your welcome email (sent immediately after sign-up)
- Your most recent purchase or renewal receipt
- The Zendocs self-service portal under Subscription details
What happens at each renewal
On your renewal date, three things happen automatically:
- We charge your subscription rate to the payment method on file using PCI-DSS compliant processing (Section 4.3 of our Terms & Conditions).
- Your access to every premium feature continues without interruption.
- We send a confirmation email with the renewal amount, the next renewal date, and a direct link to manage or cancel.
If you signed up at a promotional rate, Section 4.3 of our Terms & Conditions confirms that your existing rate is preserved on each renewal - you continue to renew at the price you originally locked in.
How to manage your renewal
You can update your plan, change your payment method, or cancel any time before the next renewal date. To stop the next charge, cancel your subscription before your current period ends. Your access stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, so no service time is lost.
